What is a presentation of learning? It is the culmination of your education in the class. As this is your last PoL, the theme will be slightly different: Your life 10 years from now and how MPX helped to get you there. This presentation project will be judged, graded, and used in place of a final exam grade.
To create your presentation of learning you will complete the following steps – all which will be part of your final project grade. The process is as important as the outcome:
Your Final Reflection Instructions:
First:
Look at two other presentations that you WERE NOT present for (in other words in the other classroom), and think about the elements that made for a good presentation. With that in mind, answer the following questions.
Second:
Write an overall 300 word reflection posted to Tumblr in response to these 3 prompts after reviewing your video below
Compare and contrast your presentation to those of your peers (make sure to let us know who else you viewed)
• Whose presentation(s) come closest to mastery and why?
• How does yours compare to those presentations hitting mastery?
• What were the strengths of your presentation versus those elements of the description do you need to still work on?
Now, discuss and respond to the questions you received from your peers.
Lastly, In a year, when you look back at your presentation, what do you think will strike you as missing or on target about you as a learner. Does this presentation help a stranger get to know you as a learner?
